Job Overview
As a Technical Specialist I, you will be providing auditing and technical support to technical managers and other program staff. The primary responsibility is to audit Textile Exchange clients to the GRS, RCS, and CCS Standards both on site and remotely. This includes audit planning, arranging travel, submitting timely audit reports, and responding to technical reviews in a timely manner. Additional tasks may include support on program quality documents and participation in internal and accreditation audits. The overarching goal in this position is to successfully deliver certification services to SCS clients to allow them to leverage their certified products in the market, confirm both voluntary and regulatory requirements, and meet brand's/retailer's environmental and sustainability performance criteria.

Working Remotely
SCS is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This is a home-office based role and may include travel with local, domestic, and/or international trips. Details will be clarified during the recruitment process.
Estimated Annual Salary
$30,000 - $38,000 USD
