Commercial & Marketing Coordinator, SCS Brazil

Job Overview
SCS Global Services has served as a strategic partner to organizations in Brazil seeking independent conformity assessment services across forestry, biomass supply chains, and climate-related projects. With the establishment of SCS Global Services Brazil Ltda., we continue to strengthen our commitment to safeguarding natural resources and supporting the well-being of people across a wide range of industries. The Commercial & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with our corporate marketing, Brazil-based customer acquisition, and sales teams. Success in this role will be driven by the ability to effectively support the implementation of marketing programs and deliver insights that optimize processes and maximize lead value for the Brazil sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains all marketing calendars/roadmaps and oversees the distribution and tracking of all internal marketing and sales support documentation
  • Tracks and monitors sales data, maintains customer and prospect databases, and prepares reports using Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Provides list acquisition support using marketing tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo, including list building, data hygiene, reporting, and recommendations for growth market expansion
  • Supports marketing campaigns through the creation of emails and landing pages in HubSpot
  • Monitor market presence of the company and its services, as well as competitor activity, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Develops institutional and commercial content, including presentations, emails, campaigns, and supporting materials
  • Supports the organization of events, webinars, and engagement initiatives with clients and stakeholders
  • Supports the preparation, review, negotiation, and follow-up of commercial proposals
  • Manages and maintains the sales pipeline (CRM), including follow-ups with leads and prospective clients
  • Support with sales related activities including contract and proposals negotiations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or comparable work experience. and
  • 1-3 years in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a hands-on execution mindset, negotiation abilities, and customer focus
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce. Zoom Info experience a plus. (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and marketing automation (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) (Advanced proficiency)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Salesforce is a strong plus (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Strong communication skills, especially in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests from different stakeholders
  • Comfort working with processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sustainability, certification, or related markets is desirable

Working Remotely
At this time, SCS Global Services is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This role will be based out of your home office.

Estimated CLT Monthly Salary
R$6,500 - R$7,600
