Coordinator, Transaction Certificate Administrator

Job Overview

The Coordinator – Transaction Certificate Administrator is responsible for the global intake of transaction requests, set up client file to support data and record submissions, review documents for eligibility and compliance with program requirements, create transaction certificates, correspond with clients on technical criteria, and track the intake and completion to ensure timely delivery and associate fees. The Coordinator supports the program and Project Manager to keep up with Textile Exchange scheme requirements and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong, comprehensive working knowledge of the Textile Exchange Transaction Certificate policies and associated standards.
  • Maintain data tracking of transaction certificates for timely delivery and fees.
  • Support clients through intake of TC requests through submission of supporting documents.
  • Effectively communicate requirements of transaction certificates and applicability of certification programs.
  • Support with client TC training.
  • Support in maintaining program documents, quality assurance requirements, and data requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in project management, accounting, data management, or related area.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • Professional experience or working knowledge of textile related supply chains.
  • Highly proficient at prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Thrives in a deadline driven environment by completing complex tasks and deliverables on-time;
  • Ability to work productively both independently ;
  • Strong aptitude for focusing on details and maintaining high quality of work.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Professional experience with textile exchange programs within manufacturing and supply chains.
  • Completion of ISO 19011 training.

Working Remotely
SCS is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This is a home-office based role and may include travel with local, domestic, and/or international trips. Details will be clarified during the recruitment process.

Estimated Annual Salary
$15 - $25 an Hour – Non-Exempt
